Before & After School Activities Limited Registration
Sprague School is offering a variety of Before School and After School Activities Classes. Classes are highlighted below in the newsletter.
- Registration opens at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, on the RevTrak Web Store.
- After School Activities have limited space and will be on a first come basis. Limited registration will run through Saturday, December 7. Please refrain from registering for more than one class until Sunday December 8. You will be able to register again during the open registration period.
- Families may register for unlimited classes beginning Sunday, December 8.
- Classes are $25 total per class. Some classes may have a materials fee.
- Classes are six weeks and begin the week of January 7.
- There is no transportation offered for before school and after school classes.

Before School
Ready Body Learning Minds (K-2) Thursday A.M.
Come join us with Ms.Michelle FInder our school Occupational Therapist and Ms.Maggie Roler for Ready Bodies, Learning Minds (RBLM). RBLM is a comprehensive approach to understanding how sensory integration and motor control drives learning, and therefore the performance of our children. Students will be engaging in fun physical activities and games that will help strengthen their bodies and in turn help them to focus, improve body control, and be ready to learn!
Class meets Thursday at 7:40 a.m.
Please arrive no earlier than 7:35 a.m.
After School Classes
Classes have both a minimum and maximum participation number. If the minimum number is not met we will notify you and refund your payment. If the class reaches its maximum participation level your child will be placed on a waitlist and we will notify you closer to the start date as to whether they are in the class.
Class is held from 2:45 to 3:30 p.m.
Prompt parent pick up in front of the school is required at 3:30 p.m. or 103 Club students registered for that day can return to The 103 Club after class.
Tuesday
Science Experiments You Can Do at Home (Grades 1-2)
Do you love science? Do you want to learn how science experiments work? Then this class is for you! Learn easy step by step experiments that you can do at home. Through videos and hands-on experimenting you can find out how to create chalk, slime, and other fun things by using household items. Learn simple information about polymers, air pressure, pH, oxidation, chemical reactions with household items, and more!
STEAM Explorers (Grades K-2)
Let’s get together to unleash your imagination and curiosity! In our class students will be provided with STEM building toys and art materials to plan and create their own masterpiece. These hands-on activities are designed to encourage creativity, innovation and collaboration among students while having fun.
Wednesday
Lego Club (Grades 1-2)
Join us for Lego Club where students will be able to let their creativity run wild. As students build and create, a theme will be suggested during every session. Once built, students will vote on a winner who will be able to take home a prize!
Young Artists (Grades K-2)
Young Artists is open to all students who wish to explore their creative potential and artistic interests. No prior art experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and imagination! Students will learn how to draw and create various projects. Additionally, they will develop skills in following directions, working independently, and problem-solving.
ArtHub (Grades 1-2)
Each week the students will complete a directed winter drawing in their journal. At the end of
the session, students will be able to take home their winter drawing journal, markers, and crayons.
Bracelet/Necklace/Keychain Making (Grades 1-2)
The possibilities and imaginative creativity are endless with bracelet making and drawing. Students will experience creativity in making varieties of bracelets and art designs over the course and get to take home what they make.
Wearable Art (Grade 2)
Esports Minecraft Club (Grade 2)
Get ready for an epic adventure in our Minecraft-focused Esports Club! Through thrilling team challenges and friendly races, students dive into the world of competitive gaming while building essential life skills like teamwork, communication, and respect. More than just playing games, esports teaches strategy, creativity, and problem-solving. Our club promotes healthy gaming habits and digital citizenship, making sure students balance screen time with physical activity and mindfulness. Join us to experience a fun, supportive environment where every game is a step toward growth and learning.
Rock Painting Class (Grades K-2)
Get ready for an awesome adventure in creativity with our Rock Painting Class! Join Mrs. Binder and Mrs. Furlett as they guide you through a colorful journey with fun and exciting painting themes that will make your rocks come to life. It's a hands-on, rockin' good time that you'll never forget!
Thursday

Winter Arts and Crafts (Grades 1-2)
Join us for a fun winter arts and crafts adventure! Students will create unique seasonal crafts with hands-on projects. This class is a great way to build skills, spark imagination, and enjoy creative activities on chilly winter days!
Perler Bead and Art Designs (Grades 1-2)
The possibilities and imaginative creativity are endless with Perler beads. Students will experience creativity in making varieties of Perler designs. They will be using different colored beads, designs, creating magnets and keychains. Students will be able to take them home once they have completed the design.
Let's Have a Tea Party with Mrs. Abrego (Grade K)
Students will engage in literacy and math activities as well as learn etiquette, manners, and proper table set up. Art, play, and tea themed read alouds will also be a part of our sessions. On the last day, we will have a real tea party!

Wildcat Workshop (K-2)
Calling Sprague wildcats to join our STEM workshop for endless fun and discovery! In our workshop, students will be given a variety of STEM building toys with a “I can build” challenge to complete. On successful completion they can pick a prize!
