Like Candy?
Trunk or Treat will be held October 28th. We will start accepting donations of individually wrapped candy on Monday, September 29th. Please either send donations in with your child or bring them to the office. We go through a lot of candy this evening and everything helps. RSVP forms will come home soon. If you would like to help organize games for this evening, please contact Brian Miller at bjmiller@k12.wv.us
Strive for Less than 5!
Attendance is crucial to your child’s educational journey. Please make sure your child is at school on time and ready to learn.
Please make sure you send in absence notes within 3 days of your student’s return to school. You can either send in a handwritten note, a paper doctor’s note, or upload an absence note via the school website.
Be sure to turn in doctor’s notes promptly. WV State Code allows 10 days excused by parent notes (Policy 2510) per school year.
Note—Vacations are no longer excused (Policy 4110)
Send us Photos
We would love to post and share photos of your kids and their activities here at Valley View on the school website. Please send picture to Mrs. Rearick at arearick@k12.wv.us
